Creamy Danish Butter Rings

Delicious, crispy, buttery rings! Danish butter rings cookies are wonderful and very fun to make. I did not use many ingredients for this cookies, just simple ones you can always find in your pantry. Check out SECRET TIPS along our video below.

  • 350 grams of unsalted butter
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 350 grams of flour for making cookies
  • 80 grams of corn starch

  • Beat butter with mixer on medium for 10 minutes or until it’s fluffy and pale.
  • Put in sugar (sift before mixed) and vanilla, mix again for 5 minutes.
  • Mix well flour and corn starch.
  • Put in 1/3 flour (sift before mixed) and mix, put another 1/3 flour and mix again, and finally the last 1/3 and mix again on HIGH speed for 1 minute.
  • Place baking paper on baking trays.
  • Prepare piping bag and Rosette nozzle. Cut the tip of the bag and place the nozzle in.
  • Put in cookie dough in the bag using help of a tall glass and press tight to the tip.
  • Twist the end of the bag couple times.
  • Pipe the cookies onto rings with 1/2 inch hole on the center.
  • Give at least 2 inch space around one cookie to another because cookies will spread a bit after baked.
  • Cover the tray tight and store cookies in fridge for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, turn on oven for 350 F (180 C).
  • Put in cookies and bake them for 10-12 minutes or until they’re cooked.
  • Take out cookies and place them carefully on cooling rack.
  • Enjoy! You can store the cookies in tight closed container.

RESEP DANISH BUTTER RINGS:

  • 350 gram butter tanpa garam (plain)
  • 100 gram gula halus
  • 1 sendok teh vanilla
  • 350 gram tepung terigu untuk membuat Cookies (protein rendah)
  • 80 gram tepung maizena
  1. Kocok butter dengan mixer dengan kecepatan sedang selama 10 menit atau hingga butter mengembang dan pucat keputihan.
  2. Masukkan gula halus (saring terlebih dahulu) dan vanilla lalu mixer lagi selama 5 menit.
  3. Campur rata tepung terigu dan tepung maizena.
  4. Masukkan 1/3 jumlah campuran tepung terigu & maizena (saring terlebih dahulu) dalam adonan lalu mixer rata sejenak, masukkan lagi 1/3 jumlah tepugn berikutnya dan mixer sejenak, akhirnya masukkan 1/3 jumlah tepung yang tersisa dan mixer lagi selama 1 menit saja dengan kecepatan TINGGI.
  5. Alasi loyang dengan kertas baking.
  6. Siapkan kantung penyemprot adonan dan potong ujungnya lalu masukkan kepala semprotan “Rosette”.
  7. Letakkan kantung dalam sebuah gelas tinggi lalu lipat ujungnya hingga menganga lebar. Masukkan adonan secukupnya dan tutup ujung kantong dengan cara memutarnya beberapa kali.
  8. Semprot adonan pada kertas baking membentuk cincin bundar dengan diameter dalam cincin sekitar 1,5 cm. Jarak antara satu adonan dan yang lain jangan terlalu dekat, beri jarak sekitar 3 cm pada sekeliling masing-masing adonan.
  9. Tutup rapat loyang dan simpan adonan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.
  10. Setelah 30 menit, panaskan oven hingga suhu 180 C.
  11. Panggang cookies selama 10-12 menit atau hingga matang, bagian pinggirnya nampak keemasan tipis.
  12. Setelah matang, pindahkan masing-masing cookie pada rak jaring/ pendingin kue dengan menggunakan spatula.
  13. Dinginkan cookies hingga sempurna. Simpan dalam kotak tertutup rapat.
